The Pure Chiropractic team looks forward to meeting you. As you come in for your first visit, we want to share with you some information to make it a great initial experience for you and your family.
What to expect during your initial visit:
Step 1: Paperwork - Please fill this out before coming in to save time.
In order to make the best use of your time in our office, we recommend that you complete our new patient form(s) prior to coming in for your first appointment. Along with these forms, please come prepared with your photo ID and any applicable insurance.
Step 2: Consultation and Exam
During your initial visit to our office, our doctors will perform a personal consultation and exam to determine the root cause of your health concern.
This will help when prescribing the most appropriate course of care based on your condition. Periodically throughout your care plan, follow-up exams will be performed in order to map your progress.
Step 3: X-Rays
During your first visit to our office, we will take X-rays for diagnostic purposes.
However, if you have recent x-rays (taken in the last 6 months), we may be able to use the images provided they are of clear quality and cover the areas needed for diagnosing. If you have questions about transferring x-rays to our office, please contact us at (810) 588-4036
Step 4: Relief Treatment
If our doctors believe that you need to be treated on your initial visit then he will go through the treatment plan with you and decide with you what is right.
We look forward to taking care of you and your family.
Don't forget to sign up for our New Patient Special before you come in for your first visit.
Our office is pleased to provide the following services:
Chiropractic care has proven to be a beneficial treatment for a broad range of aches and pains including back pain, neck pain, headaches, arthritis and more. Chiropractic adjustments are manipulations of the body that a Dr. Hohn performs on a patient to correct spinal subluxations, often resulting in the immediate relief of a “tight” or “tense” area. Learn more about subluxations.
Most times our team will need to take a couple of X-rays to best treat your alignment issues. X-rays will show our doctors any subluxations that are causing your symptoms and we can then perform adjustments to alleviate subluxation.
At Pure Chiropractic, we offer massage therapy because of all of the many benefits our patients receive from both chiropractic care and massages. As Chiropractors, we adjust subluxations and joints to remove stress, especially nerve stress. Your muscles attach to your bones and joints and change spinal alignment integrity. Getting a massage helps remove the muscle stress and makes for a perfect relationship between massage therapy and chiropractic care.
